Quickly is a cloud AI agent that works inside the tools your team already runs on. You describe the outcome in plain language, it selects the tools it needs from the integrations you have connected, and it either does the work or asks for approval first, depending on how much autonomy you have given it.

These docs are organized around that flow. Getting Started takes you from a new account to a completed request. The User Guide covers day-to-day work across the surfaces you actually use — Chat, agents, playbooks, knowledge, entities, and files — along with creating and updating issues, searching, and generating documents. The Admin Guide covers the decisions that apply to everyone: roles, autonomy controls, integration policy, analytics, API access, and the action log that records every tool call Quickly makes.

Integrations holds reference pages for individual tools, and Troubleshooting maps the errors teams actually hit to the fixes that resolve them. Developers building against Quickly directly should start with the API reference or the MCP server.
