How does the free beta work?

Free plans are available for individuals and teams and are not feature-gated. Free Individual includes 5,000 credits per month, hosted MCP access, workspace tables, shared dashboard views, integrations, playbooks, agents, scheduled work, API access, and browser service for web search, scraping, and approved workflows. Your monthly credit allowance is the cap. Paid plans raise that allowance and add storage, seats, and team governance.

How do credits work?

Credits are included monthly with each plan and used for customer-visible AI work. They reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Credit packs add 250,000 credits with a 365-day expiry when teams need more capacity.

So what actually differs between plans?

Credits, seats, workspaces, storage, and throughput. Every core feature is included on every tier, so you do not need to upgrade just to access MCP, browser workflows, dashboards, tables, integrations, or playbooks. Higher tiers also allow more scheduled runs to execute at the same time, which affects how fast a large batch finishes rather than whether it can run at all.

Can I add more team members later?

Teams Pro is $100/month per workspace and includes 5 users. Extra team seats are $25/month each. Enterprise includes unlimited users.

How do file storage and Knowledge storage differ?

File storage covers uploaded workspace assets and documents. Knowledge storage is the indexed content Quickly can search and use for grounded answers. File storage packs add file capacity only; they do not increase Knowledge storage.

Is browser automation included?

Yes. The browser service is included on every plan and metered by credits. Use it for web search, scraping and structured extraction, or approved browser workflows on sites and portals that do not expose an API. Browser work stays subject to safety guardrails, confirmation policy, provider limits, and available credit balance.

Do I need a paid plan for the API or MCP server?

No. API access and the hosted MCP server are included on every plan, including Free Individual and Free Team. Workspace admins can issue API keys or connect an MCP client from day one. MCP clients can search knowledge, create and update workspace tables/entities, inspect tasks, and trigger governed playbooks. Programmatic work draws on the same monthly credits and rate limits as work started from chat, so your plan sets the volume rather than the access.

What integrations are included?

Every plan includes unlimited integrations, including the free tiers — connecting more of them costs nothing, and only the work you run through them draws credits. Check our integrations page for the full list.

What's your data retention policy?
