How do credits work?
AI work uses credits. Your plan allowance resets each billing period and does not roll over. Additional credit packs are valid for 365 days.
Can we add more people?
Free Team includes up to 3 users. Teams Pro includes 5 users per workspace, with additional seats at $19 per month. Enterprise supports unlimited users.
What counts as storage?
File storage holds uploaded assets and documents. Knowledge storage holds the indexed content agents retrieve. File storage packs increase file capacity only.
How long is message history kept?
Free plans retain 7 days. Pro and Max retain 90 days. Teams Pro and Enterprise offer custom retention.
