Dashboard Overview
The dashboard at app.askquickly.ai is where Quickly is configured, watched, and audited. Signing in takes you straight to Chat; everything else is a door in the left sidebar.
Chat
The default landing surface, and the fastest way to ask Quickly for something without going through a messaging app. Conversations here carry the same context and the same autonomy rules as a request made from Slack.
Workforce
Your agents, reached from the agents rail inside Chat. Each agent has a name, a purpose that describes its role, optional per-tool instructions, and its own knowledge. Agents can run on a schedule, be addressed directly in chat, or be invited into a channel so mentioning them routes work to that configuration.
Playbooks
Saved, repeatable workflows. A playbook captures a sequence you would otherwise retype, can be triggered on a schedule, and reports each run into the action logs alongside everything else.
Workstreams
The registry of ongoing work, visible to every role in the workspace.
Analytics
Usage and outcome reporting for the workspace. Restricted to Owners, Admins, and Managers.
Data
The workspace's own content, split into four sections: Dashboards for saved views, Entities for structured records, Knowledge for the material Quickly retrieves from when answering, and Files for uploads. Owners and Admins also get Entity Types, which defines the shape of your records.
Action Logs
Every request Quickly has handled, with the tool calls behind it, the outcome of each call, the duration, and links to whatever was created. This is the audit surface, and the first place to look when a result is not what you expected. See Activity Logs.
Integrations
Three tabs. Channels connects messaging surfaces such as Slack, once per workspace, by an Admin. Connectors is where each person authorizes their own tools. Custom is for integrations your workspace defines against its own APIs, and is Admin only.
Developers
API keys, scopes, and the hosted MCP server. Owners and Admins only.
Settings
Workspace and personal configuration, organized into tabs:
- General — workspace name, workspace instructions, AI preferences, autonomy controls, security, and the danger zone. Admin only for most of it.
- My Settings — your profile, your personal instructions, your timezone, and how verbose you want replies.
- Notifications — email alerts and the escalation ladder for overdue approvals.
- Team — members, roles, and invitations. Admin only.
- Billing & Usage — plan, credit consumption, and seats. Admin only.
- Sub-Accounts — for enterprise workspaces that manage child workspaces.
What You See Depends on Your Role
The sidebar renders only the doors your role can use, so a Member sees a shorter list than an Owner. Roles are explained in Team Settings.
