How to get help from the Quickly team
Contact Support
support@askquickly.ai is the fastest route to a person, and the right address for account questions, billing, bug reports, and feature requests alike.
Include these four things and most issues are resolved on the first reply:
- Your workspace name, so we can find the right account.
- What you asked Quickly to do, in the words you used.
- The task from Action Logs. Open Action Logs, find the request, and include its link or export the row. This is the single most useful thing you can send, because it carries the tool calls, the policy decisions, and the verbatim error from the external service.
- What you expected instead.
We reply within one business day.
Before You Write
A large share of reports resolve faster from the documentation than from a support thread:
- Common Issues covers Quickly not responding, actions that appear to do nothing, and missing search results.
- Integration Errors maps each connection and authentication error to its fix.
- Frequently Asked Questions answers the questions we are asked most.
If an action stopped rather than failed, check the policy decision on it in Action Logs first. Needs approval and the Blocked labels are configuration, not faults, and an Admin can change them without involving us.
Reporting an Outage
If Quickly is unresponsive across your whole workspace rather than in a single channel, say so in the first line of your email. That distinction tells us immediately whether to look at your configuration or at ours.
Billing and Plans
Plan changes, seats, credit allowance, and invoices are all handled in Settings > Billing & Usage by an Owner or Admin. For anything that surface cannot do, including custom limits and enterprise terms, email support and we will route it.
Security
Report a suspected vulnerability or a security concern to support@askquickly.ai with "Security" in the subject line so it is triaged accordingly. Our security posture and data handling are documented on the security and trust pages.
Feature Requests
Send them to the same address. Describing the work you are trying to get done is more useful than proposing a specific mechanism, because it usually turns out something already does it, or the thing worth building is adjacent to what was asked for.
Enterprise Support
Enterprise workspaces include managed setup and a direct support path arranged during onboarding. To discuss enterprise terms, contact sales.
