Quickly writes Confluence pages from the material your team has already produced: threads, incidents, search results, and records in your connected tools.

Postmortems

@Quickly draft a postmortem in the ENG space for this incident

Quickly reads the incident thread, pulls out the timeline and the participants, and creates a Confluence page in the space you named. If the incident has a Jira issue, mention the key and Quickly links the page to it:

@Quickly write a postmortem in ENG for this outage, the ticket is INC-482

General Pages

@Quickly create a page in ENG called "Q3 Migration Plan" summarizing this thread

You need to name the space by its key, the short code such as ENG or INC that appears in Confluence URLs. Title and content come from your request and the surrounding conversation.

Nesting Under a Parent

To keep a space organized, ask for the page to sit under an existing one:

@Quickly create a page under the Runbooks page in ENG called "Failover Drill"

Finding Pages Again

@Quickly find the page called "Incident Response Runbook"
@Quickly search the ENG space for pages about session cookies
@Quickly summarize the Failover Drill page for me

Searches return up to 25 pages. Quickly fetches the full body only when it needs to read a page, for example to summarize it, so routine searches stay fast.

Working From Real Sources

The point of generating a document in Quickly rather than an empty editor is that it starts from evidence:

@Quickly draft a release note in ENG from the issues resolved in MOBILE this week
@Quickly write a status page in ENG summarizing every open High priority incident

Each of these runs a search first, then writes the page from the results.

About Templates

Quickly writes page content from your request and its context; it does not read Confluence page templates. If your team has a required structure, describe it once in the workspace instructions, or ask for the sections you want:

@Quickly draft a postmortem in ENG with sections for impact, timeline, root cause, and action items

Approval and Records

Creating a page is a write action, so it follows your autonomy mode. In Conservative mode Quickly shows the space, title, and intended content for approval before anything is published. Every created page appears in Action Logs with a direct link, so there is a record of what was generated and by whom.

Permissions

Quickly writes with your Confluence access. If you cannot create pages in a space, neither can Quickly on your behalf, and the error it returns comes straight from Confluence.
