Billing and Plans

Billing lives in Settings > Billing & Usage, and is available to Owners and Admins. Owners also manage sub-accounts on enterprise plans.

What the Page Shows

  • Your plan: Free Individual, Pro, Max, Free Team, Teams Pro, or Enterprise
  • Monthly credit allowance and credits consumed this period
  • Renewal date
  • Team seats in use, where the plan has seats
  • File storage and Knowledge storage against their limits

How Credits Work

Credits are the single meter for agent work. Every request Quickly handles consumes credits according to the work it does, and the allowance resets each billing period. Individual plans start at 5,000 credits a month on Free Individual and rise through Pro and Max; team plans start at 10,000 on Free Team and rise on Teams Pro. Enterprise allowances are set per contract.

Because each task in Action Logs records the credits it charged, the logs are the detail behind the headline usage figure. Sorting a period by credits charged is the fastest way to find which automation is the expensive one.

Seats

Teams Pro includes five users per workspace, with additional seats billed monthly. Enterprise includes unlimited users and workspaces. Individual plans are single-user, which is why the Team tab does not appear on them.

Storage

File storage and Knowledge storage are separate limits and are not interchangeable.

File storage covers uploaded workspace assets and documents. Knowledge storage covers indexed content Quickly retrieves from when it needs grounded answers. File storage packs add file capacity only; they do not raise the Knowledge limit.

Browser Workflows

Browser automation is included on every plan and metered by credits like any other work. It stays subject to the same safety guardrails, confirmation policy, and provider limits, and it stops when the credit balance runs out rather than billing past the allowance.

Integrations and Channels

Very little is plan-gated. Every plan includes chat, channels, playbooks, agents, knowledge, entities, browser automation, and API access, with unlimited integrations, playbooks, and agents. Only sub-accounts, desktop automations, and priority support are reserved for higher tiers. Credits and storage are what actually differ.

Upgrading

  1. Open Settings > Billing & Usage.
  2. Click Upgrade and choose a plan.
  3. Enter payment details.

The new allowance applies immediately.

Downgrading and Cancelling

Email support@askquickly.ai to downgrade or cancel. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep the allowance you have already paid for.

Invoices

Past invoices are downloadable from the same page. For custom terms, procurement paperwork, or an expanded allowance, contact sales.
